Accreditation & Experience:

Michael O'Malley is an Accredited Building Certifier and Principal Certifying Authority accredited by the Director-General of the NSW Department of Planning under the Building Professionals Board Accreditation Scheme. He has more than 30 years experience working in Councils and building industry as a Building Surveyor and Certifier issuing building approvals and undertaking construction inspections, Construction Certificates, Building Code of Australia compliance, local government issues and Development Application assessment/enforcement.

Sean Fagan is a Building Construction Consultant. He has more than 25 years experience working in Councils and private industry as a Building Surveyor, Building Code Consultant and senior Development Manager within Councils. He has issued building approvals, undertaken construction inspections, BCA compliance, local government management and Development Application assessment/enforcement.
